Shipping and Return Policies
Standard Shipping:
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders with a subtotal of $75 or more. This free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states.
If the subtotal of the order is under $75, you will be charged as follow;
Sales tax is excluded from the subtotal for this offer.
International Shipping Information:
We ship worldwide. You can check your shipping charge by adding item(s) to the shopping cart. Once you put in your address, the system should be able to calculate the shipping for your order.
In case the system could not calculate your shipping charge, please feel free to contact us at info@asianahomedecor.com. We will get back you within 24 hours.
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. We located in NJ. It takes 3-5 business days to arrive. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be available to you during checkout.
Our standard shipping is ground shipping. We will ship your order via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Return Policy:
You may return products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in new and unused condition.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
For Defective Products, please take photos of defective products and email them to us. We will issue a refund or provide a replacement once we receive your return and inspect the item(s).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at asianahomedecor@gmail.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
